As a family we just wanted to extend our heartfelt gratitude to you for bringing Godfrey safely back home. Everything went so smoothly and your kindness and compassion was outstanding. We can never thank you enough for how you managed the journey and made it as stress free as possible not only for Godfrey but Margaret too. Consequently we all felt confident. It was so reassuring knowing you were in charge at this very difficult time for all the family.
We would highly recommend your service to anyone who found themselves in a similar situation.
Our thanks and very best wishes from,
Bernadette and the whole family .
I just want to say thank you for helping with the repatriation of my wife from Turkey. The service we received from Antony Kinsella could not have been better from the moment he arrived till he left us at Gatwick Airport. He was polite, atentive, caring and thoughful to both of our needs throughout his time with us. If I had to score him marks out of 100 it would be 110 as I felt he gave 110% to both of us. A true star!
I recently fell ill while on holidays in Benidorm and ended up in the hospital, which was incredibly stressful and frightening experience. David Huckin from AD Medical Air Assist stepped in and supported me in a way I will never forget. From the moment he introduced himself he was calm, reassuring & completely professional. He stayed with me every step of the way back to Ediburgh, making sure I felt safe & cared for.
Colin, thank you so very much for looking after us in our hour of need. You gave us a much needed confidence boost!
