Stellar bloke with amazing paramedic skills who got me home safe and pain free with a smile on his face Otherwise commonly know as the "Sloth" Dave not only delivered me back home to my friends and family in New Zealand safe and sound but became a good friend along the way. Although my journey abroad didnt go as planned the journey home with Dave was exactly as I felt he planned with contingency for numerous complications which arose from my serious acute injuries Highly recomended, could not have asked for more in an otherwise (if not for Daves care) impossible situation. Does everything with empathy and a smile on his face, what a great sense of humour!

Unbelievable service from start to finish !! On first approach I was slightly sceptical. The price I was given was a fraction of what other companies had quoted,my initial concern was, you only get what you pay for. This couldn’t be further from the truth. They were honest. They kept me updated every step of the way and there were no hidden costs. A situation I wouldn’t wish on my worse enemy made so much easier by this fabulous team. Even my mom who finds fault in everything, has nothing but praise. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts . My mum is now finally home, on the road to recovery and we couldn’t be happier we chose you to help us. You’re the best

I’m not one for writing reviews but I feel I should do this for a wonderful guy and company. It’s a long story and I’m not sure if you all want to know the full ins and outs but my father had a bad accident in Greece, breaking his back leg and hip.

Having spent a few weeks in a clinic I managed to get there and start organising his repatriation but with a big problem, my father hadn’t organised any holiday insurance! Having looked at and filled out forms with a few different companies and getting worried about who you can trust, I found, messaged and then I rang (Dave).

In asking him a few questions about how, who and what happens in this situation, he quickly assured me he and his company where the correct one to use. All the paperwork was carefully done and the flights were organised by Dave. He was awesome and always on hand to help us with our problems, going far beyond my expectation’s and I was finally feeling safe again after a very traumatic experience. Finally, my nightmare was coming to an end as Dave was arriving.

The flights that were organised were the fastest and most efficient way of getting him home. The paperwork had all been dealt with so we could be leaving within 24 hours, including organising speaking with his doctor and trying to organise the best possible hospital to drop him at.

As I was traveling separately, ambulances back in the UK to make sure my father was transferred to the hospital in Yorkshire were arranged and the problems were just taken away and dealt with so expertly, everything and I must stress everything was checked and organised .

He had a wonderful bedside manner making my father feel safe and relaxed and with traveling on a stretcher from Greece to Yorkshire this was a huge sigh of relief. If I was asked if I could recommend Dave and his company to anyone else the answer is categorically wholeheartedly yes, for the company and Dave are true heroes, thank you to you all.

AD Medical Air Assist, you were quite simply amazing! I cannot thank you enough on behalf of my father and stepmum and our wider family. Such professional service, quick reactions and solutions found to sort unexpected problems thrown up, with a level of care and kindness that was totally exceptional. It was a complex repatriation but you had everything under control. You went above and beyond what was expected at a very stressful time of our lives. We are overwhelmed with gratitude. A job brilliantly executed. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I'm writing to share feedback on Joseph Hoar that we had the pleasure to meet over the last few days as he escorted my Mum (Margaret Bullock) home to the UK, from Sydney.

I understand that all of your staff will be highly trained to deal with all manner of medical care and emergency situations, but Joseph’s thoughtfulness and individual care for Mum during her trip was second to none. At an extremely anxious and emotional time for all of us, Joseph was an exceptionally calm influence, leaving Mum to feel safe and looked after from the moment they met, until he helped with the bags to my car.…all the time Joseph kept such high standards of professionalism with real empathy.

Please pass on out thanks to Joseph. He played vital role in Mum’s return and gave all 3 of us, the much needed confidence that Mum was in good hands.
